EULA - End User License Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to the Trial and/or Registered versions
of the Foto Filer software and any accompanying documentation. By
installing the software, you are considered to have agreed to these terms
and conditions.

The Foto Filer application can be freely distributed, along with the accompanying
documentation, to any number of individuals and/or computers. However, the
Registration Serial Number provided by Abbey Road Systems or assignee, remains
the property of Abbey Road Systems and cannot be distributed by anyone other
than an Abbey Road Systems authorized individual. The Registration Serial Number
can, however, be freely used on any computer owned or operated by the original
purchaser of the Registration Serial Number.

The software is the intellectual property of Abbey Road Systems, and may not be
disassembled, or in any other way reverse-engineered.

This software is sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance or purpose.
